Terms of Service

Scout is a subscription service for licensed insurance brokers and their staff. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. After the trial the plan renews monthly until you cancel it from Settings.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.

Each plan includes a monthly prospect allowance. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You can upgrade at any time for an immediate allowance increase.

Scout drafts and schedules messages, but every message is sent under your name and from your connected accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state insurance advertising rules and the terms of any connected email or social platform.

Company, plan and contact information is compiled from public filings and third-party sources. Renewal dates marked Estimated are inferred, not confirmed. Verify material facts before relying on them in a proposal.

Do not resell or bulk-export Scout data, scrape the service, share your login, or use Scout to send unlawful or misleading messages. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Scout is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost business, lost commissions or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
