Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, work email, agency, target profile and sales playbook), product usage, and the prospects you activate. If you connect an email or social account we store the access token needed to send on your behalf.

We do not sell your data, we do not read your personal correspondence, and we do not share your book of business with other brokers. Your activated prospects and pipeline are visible only to you.

Employer, plan and contact records come from public filings such as Form 5500 and from licensed data providers. They describe businesses and professional roles, not private individuals.

Drafting emails, talk tracks and sequences sends the relevant company research and your playbook to our AI provider. That content is not used to train third-party models.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is row-level restricted so one account can never read another account's records. Connected-account tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked from Settings.

Export or delete your data any time from Settings, or email privacy@scout.ai. Deleting your account removes your profile, playbook, prospects and connected tokens within 30 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly analytics to measure product usage.
